Injection-molded plastic parts and products can have many different shapes, sizes, and finishes, all of which contribute to making your finished goods exactly as designed. With traditional and vertical presses to utilize we are able to produce tight tolerance molded plastics with Class A surface finishes.
How We Operate
Our production equipment consists of hydraulic and electric molding presses ranging from 38 tons to 730 tons. Each machine can be equipped with robotics or sprue pickers, color feeders, desiccant dryers, and IQMS real-time monitoring systems for lot traceability and performance data.
Assembly
